Michael is a hands on architect. Often he manages his designs from Building Permit to Certificate of Occupancy. Michael understands the ins and outs of the Long Island Town Building Departments and policies. He has personal relationships on all levels. The crews and tradespeople he works with are experienced, professional and reasonably priced. His construction sites are clean and costs are always tightly controlled.

Michael C.Gentile has been building custom homes on Long Island for over thirty years. His work has been concentrated on the East End and in the Hamptons as "word of mouth" has driven his business. Michael has designed over 200 new homes and more than 350 renovations. His homes are the landmarks of a Hamptons lifestyle.
